The 2026 Macao Age Group Athletics Meet was held from June 13 to 14 at multiple venues: Macao Olympic Sports Center Stadium, Sam Yuk Outdoor Throwing Field (shot put events), and the grass field of University of Macau Sports Complex (javelin events). More than 920 athletes from 57 delegations across the region competed together.
